Yes, it’s Aquarius season.
It makes a little sense to highlight all of our quirkiness, no?
I dislike stereotypical Aquarian talk though. The “Alien” “weird” etc. There’s so much more to Aquarius than the same ol same ol. Despite the misconceptions about their “coldness,” or super-analytical tendencies that make them appear emotionally unavailable. The last thing they are, is emotionally unavailable.
You just can’t come to them all willy-nilly expecting emotional reactions that match yours. It sends people ablaze when Aquarians don’t give the reaction people want (happens to me too - Mercury in Aquarius).
Or when they challenge traditional concepts: “Karma” - I revel inside. To watch the ghastly reactions when they say things like: “God is a child” lmao.
I love you, I promise.
Some light changes to the brand were made. Things that encompasses OUR humanity were added to the Podcast cover art, for instance. I dislike the overkill of Coach-stagram and Self Development.
So, I’m deviating from that for the moment and coming back with random things. Isn’t it beautiful to be multifaceted?
Welcome to the Gregorian New Year of 2021. I've always felt the New Year for me was when Spring started. It made sense. "New Life" springing forth - all of the green starting to sprout up - I've always associated Spring with the New Year - and this was before I entered the different spiritual and intellectual "Collectives."
2020 was a great year. I've evolved Mentally, Emotionally, Spiritually, and Physically. My body loves me.
Lately, I've decided to further explore Gentleness, Coolness, and Calm in relation to establishing new habits. There's groups that encourage aggressive internal conquest: "Killing" "Slaying" "Destroying" the internal impediments to growth - usually, Fear.
However, in the lane of establishing new habits, I've found that alternative ways are equally as effective. Through first exploring the "Why" behind the pilgrimage to new Behavior, and laying any impediments to rest by addressing the root cause of the blockage to begin with. All of this being done in gentleness. Laying the defense mechanism associated with the memory to rest and Surrendering to what you know is right. This eliminates the need to fight your way through to new behaviors. This eliminates having to ignore your emotions. It's a bit more wholistic in approach than taking the aggressive approach to developing new habits that could potentially be forms of escapism if the Humanity of a person is not addressed.
This can be easy. It may not be. But I won't speak in absolutes to your Healing. It's extremely personal.
Many people use cartoons and analogies of Warriors. Focusing on War and Battle. Warriors work is 90% Character Development and 10% fighting techniques. They're never the aggressor, either. Who's telling You how to navigate your catacombs in falsehoods? Who's telling you to take up Weaponry and carelessly slice at yourself, rendering you worse than where you were? Be kind to yourself. Practice Breath-work in all that you do and watch the way that the world changes before your eyes. Experience new life for yourself.
